The Map Solutions team will work with ServiceNow to run periodical health scans and configuration reviews (CPR’s).
The Map Solutions platform team will perform the preventative and detective actions to ensure system resilience.
The Map Solutions team will ensure that all deviations from the base ServiceNow modules will follow the client’s Architecture and Delivery governance frameworks.
